Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

We do not accept returns for:

- Wrong size ordered by the customer

- Change of mind

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take:

3 - 7 business days after approval (depending on your bank/provider)

We will refund:

- The cost of the item(s)

- Original shipping costs only if the item is faulty or incorrect

We do not refund:

- Return postage costs (unless the item is faulty or we made an error)

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve this as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.
