What’s your Return Policy?

As all of our orders are custom made, we cannot offer returns unless you have received a damaged or incorrect item.

 

Can I exchange my order for a different size/colour?

At this time, we do not offer any exchanges, as all of our products are custom printed. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, be sure to check out our Size Guide before ordering.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at 📧support@funnytshirts.uk with your order number, shipping address, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

(Please note that we reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request that we deem to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms and conditions. If the return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.)


 

Where is my order?

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Ask your neighbours and others in your household if your package has been left with them.

If the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbours' property, please get in touch with us at support@funnytshirts.uk with your order number and shipping address. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also Track your order here.

(Please note that we do not accept liability for any parcels that have been lost or stolen. You can track the delivery of your parcel through the email updates that you will receive and we recommend you are home for the delivery of your order.)


Unauthorised Returns:

If you return your item before contacting us, or your parcel is returned to us by the courier, you will have to pay the delivery fee for the item to be reshipped.

We hold unauthorised returned items for up to 21 days. During that time, we will attempt to contact you via email. If you do not respond within this time or decline to pay the reshipping fee, your items will be donated to charity and you will not receive a refund.
